The online form can be submitted by completing all answers and clicking on the “Submit EoI” button at the end of the form. If required the form can be saved and completed later by clicking on the SAVE icon at the bottom of the screen.

Note:  all expressions of interest will be acknowledged via a confirmation email to your nominated primary contact email. If you do not hear from CaTHC, please contact us on admin@cathc.org.au to ensure your expression of interest has been received.
